Shipping Policy

Every HIT Pickleball order is packed and shipped with care. Here's everything you need to know before and after your purchase.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed.
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
  • All orders ship from our facility in the United States.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping rates for U.S. orders are calculated live at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. You'll be able to choose from available carrier options before completing your purchase.

  • USPS
  • UPS

Tracking — Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.

Note — Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and other non-contiguous U.S. territories may be longer than standard estimates shown at checkout.


International Shipping

At this time, HIT Pickleball ships to the United States only. We are actively working to set up international shipping and will announce availability when ready.

Lost or Missing Packages

HIT Pickleball ships all orders with carrier tracking provided to the customer. While we take every reasonable step to ensure your order arrives safely, HIT is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or misdelivered by the carrier. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your package hasn't arrived, please:

  1. Check all possible delivery locations at your address (porch, garage, neighboring units, leasing office, etc.).
  2. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to file a missing package search or claim.
  3. Share your case number and any carrier updates with HIT so we can assist with documentation if needed.

HIT Pickleball reserves the right to investigate lost package claims and may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
