Return Policy

Direct Purchases Only

We can only process returns for paddles purchased directly from hitpickleball.com. If you purchased your paddle from a retailer or authorized dealer, please contact them directly — we are unable to accept returns for products purchased through third-party retailers.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your paddle is delivered to initiate a return request. To begin, download the return form at the bottom of this page, fill it out with your name and order number, and ship the paddle back to us following the included instructions.

Return Fees

Unused / Unopened

Returns on unused paddles are accepted within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued minus a $20 restocking fee. The paddle must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Lightly Used

Lightly used paddles may also be returned within the 30-day window. These returns are subject to a $30 usage fee in addition to return shipping covered by the customer. Paddles showing significant wear, damage, or modifications are not eligible.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for all returns.

Paddle Condition & Modifications

To remain eligible for return, your paddle must be kept in its original condition. Light accessories are permitted — structural changes are not.

Permitted adjustments:

  • Lead tape
  • Edge guard tape
  • Edge guard weights
  • Overgrips (without removing the original factory grip)

Will void return eligibility:

  • Removal of the original factory grip
  • Altering or removing the butt cap
  • Any modifications to the handle, including PU inserts
  • Structural changes to the paddle face, edge, or butt cap

Paddles returned in non-resalable condition or with modifications beyond those permitted above may be subject to additional fees or denied entirely.
